ACCOMMODATION POLICY
The rates quoted are per room, per night and include breakfast and taxes. Please note that you can decide to share your double room with another participant. Names of persons sharing rooms must be stated.
In case there is no availability in your chosen hotel, your request will be shifted to a different hotel.
To book the preferred hotel or hotel category, please use our Hotel Booking System. In order to benefit our special rates, don't book the hotel directly.
In order to guarantee your reservation, your credit card details and signature are required. Payment should be made directly to the hotel at your departure.
Please fill out the whole accommodation form and submit it. Your submission will be registered on our database.
HOTEL CLASSIFICATION
The official classification of the hotel will be proded according to the formal indications of the competent authority.
PAYMENT OF HOTEL BILLS
In order to offer a better service to participants, our organization can only reserve your stay to the suggested hotel. Participants will pay directly to the hotel at the departure. Our organization is not responsible for any disservices caused by the hotels.
CONFIRMATION
A guarantee by credit card is required for hotel reservation. effe erre congressi will send you a confirmation of reservation to those who will guarantee their booking. Your credit card details will be registered but no debit will be made, except for those cases stated in "CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION".
CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION
Cancellation of accommodation must be received in writing by the Conference Organising Secretariat at the following address:

In case of cancellation before 15th August 2009, no penalty will be applied.
In case of cancellation after 15th August 2009 or in case of no show, the total amount of your reservation will be charged on your credit card.
In case your stay will be less than you reserved, the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
PRIVACY
In order to comply with privacy regulation (Law decree 30.06.2003 N.196,) we inform you that information submitted will be managed by us according to correctness, legality and security principles and used only to pursue activities following effe erre company purposes, which consist in projecting and managing social and cultural events, such as scientific conferences and congresses, conventions, fairs and exhibitions.
Personal data, required in order to guarantee your accommodation for THE 21ST COLLOQUIUM ON HIGH RESOLUTION MOLECULAR SPECTROSCOPY, will be freely submitted by you, and will be exclusively transmitted to the hotel which will accommodate you.
You can ask for modification or cancellation of your personal data, contacting in writing effe erre congressi (Mrs Alessandra Saioni) which is responsible for data management.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
All eventual disputes that might arise and which cannot be resolved in a friendly way will be subject exclusively to Italian law and judged exclusively in the law-courts of Naples.

Upon availability, the hotels will offer rooms at the same special price
in the week preceding and following the conference.
During the conference,participants may have dinner at the hotels at the special price of 20,00 €.
